Dropped off my script at 12 noon. Asked if they had it in stock. Was told they did have it. Got off at 5 to get it.. waited in line for 30 minutes to pick it up. Was told it was not ready yet. Got back in line for them to tell me they did not have it in stock. I asked why I was not called, there response was I just got here! Avoid this pace at all cost!

If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would!!! Absolutely awful!! Forget about calling them, they never answer. Forget about getting your prescription filled on time. Forget about getting in and out in less than an hour and a half. It's just ridiculously awful! Everyone there should be fired.

Schedule my last dose for 7am and the day before I call to make sure I'm good for 7am. They say yeah. Then I go there for 7am, sorry come back at 9am I'm by myself..........

Worst CVS I have had the displeasure of using. No one answers the phone in pharmacy. Way understaffed. They can get away with horrible service mainly because of them being one of the only 24hr pharmacies around. They also benefit from a location in a heavily populated part of town. They otherwise likely would be out of business due to horrible customer service. I’d highly recommend finding another pharmacy to use.
