Without apology, at my first scheduled appointment, the office staff told me that they had not entered me in the system and I would need to make another appointment for the following week. When I showed up to my second scheduled appointment, they told me that being 8 minutes late was unacceptable. Lol. So I'd like to thank them for showing me who they were before I entrusted them with my well-being and healthcare needs
