Questions & Answers

so I think I would like to buy a boat and live on it as many days as the year as is allowed. Is this the kind of place I keep it "parked" while doing so? Sorry for maybe being off on the lingo but I mean I don't even have the boat yet.

It is in the same parking lot as West Marine. Close by is a dollar store, McDonald's & a couple bodega type stores
