I have enjoyed this location in the past. I was nearly in an accident in my most recent trip here. I drive standard and go very slow as I'm edging up. Delta or the employees want cars way too close to one another and things go wrong. Through either employee error or the machine itself, I ended up on the wrong part of the belt and was sliding forward without any gas. The employee went in between the vehicle in front of me and physically attempted to stop my car, which I no longer had any control over due to being pulled by the belt. He then hit the emergency button but that should have happened earlier. I then had to reverse with his instructions to situate my car correctly. The employee was flustered, as was I. Then I left the emergency brake on, due to being rattled and having tried to stop my car in any way possible. Mistakes happen, but never get in front of a moving car even at low speeds. The employee could have been very hurt or sandwiched between our vehicles. It was an awful and honestly a scary experience.
