I've been a patient for a while. Woke up with horrible neck pain and terrible headache. Called to see if I could get an appointment which I understand is last minute but was told sorry we are booked for next two weeks. End of call. No questions about what's going on, let me talk to doctor, let me see what I can do, etc. They don't care about emergent patients in pain? Wow! It's funny because my routine visits are typically 5 minutes long. They can't spare 5 minutes for someone in pain?

I decided to undergo the Spinal Decompression treatment for my lower back pain. I understood that there were no guarantees that this process would work for me. This procedure did not help me at all and set me back $2700 out of pocket. Dr. Munroe and staff were pleasant to work with and seemed genuinely disappointed the treatment did not help me. I am not bitter about my time with Munroe Chiropractic, I just have to put it out there that Spinal Decompression doesn't work for everyone.

6wks ago i was not able to stand for more than a few seconds. ( not an exaggeration) I used a travel wheechair in the house.. I no longer did any household work. I have several herniated lowback discs and scoliosis. After 6wks of spinal decompression, i no longer use wheelchair in the house, can walk throughout my house, and do limited housework including laundry. I have resumed volunteer work once ago and can stand on and off for 3hrs. I can also turn over in bed. This treatment has restored my sanity! Dr. Munroe is a straightshooter, answers all questions. Staff is always helpful, respectful and encouraging.

Had my first visit today and had a wonderful experience! The office is nicely decorated, very clean, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Brianna was awesome. Personable, knowledgeable, and I felt great after leaving. Can’t wait to continue care with her!

Thanks for the quick comeback, my wife has a bulging disc, and we do have an MRI. How much are the services per visit? We would be interested in coming in, not interested in $2500.00+ to start with.
To my knowledge they don't accept insurance, but some insurance companies may reimburse you. Each standard visit is $33 or so. Hope that helps.
We are an out of network provider, which means we do not deal with primary health insurances. Instead we do things a little bit differently. We are able to give you your itemized statement which states what services were performed and what you had to pay out of pocket. Depending on your out of network coverage, your insurance company may reimburse you directly, the difference from your co pay and what you had to pay out of pocket. We do apologize for any inconveniences. We decided to pull out of insurance companies back in 2008, as to some were increasing the patients co-pays higher than what we charge for the adjustment and they were restricting our patients care.
