Was referred here from primary Dr... I called twice during business hours got a voice mail full msg. then drove to their office to make an appointment and they told me "we not doing immunizations right now" Isn't that their entire business? They did not offer a time in which they would be doing them again, or offer any suggestions. Based upon other reviews here - they just ignore people. Take your web site down, update your web site, answer the phone, do anything...

I have been calling since November. Messages are NEVER returned, (I left at least 8 of them!). I called yesterday in a final attempt and there was no room on the voicemail to leave a message. WORST customer service ever!!! AVOID the frustration of being ignored. Yesterday I called Passport Health who answered the phone, scheduled my appointment for today. They and were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, they do not accept medical insurance (like this one....oh wait.....they don't answer the phone) TRAVELERS HEALTH & IMMUNIZATION CENTER, you should be ashamed of your bad business practices!!!
