Friend brought me here with good reviews. Tried to buy some products , looked through the book, INSTANT attitude from the owner (guessing it’s Henry from a previous review). Asked to see the product, snarky remarks each time. Asked him if everything’s okay. Looks at me and tells me he could just deny my sale. Respectfully, I’m trying to put money in YOUR pocket. The attitude wasn’t needed at all. I finally tell him to lose the attitude, he replies with a “I don’t have to” 😂 .. this is the OWNER guys. Definitely didn’t feel comfortable giving him my money. Definitely made an easy experience into a difficult one. Anyways, don’t buy from here. There’s nicer shops out there. Have a better day. Hope you lighten up. P.S. I heard Ricky is the nicest! Wish he could’ve been there.

I met Henry who worked the register with the WORST communication skills! I was trying to buy some products from the store and he got frustrated from my questions. Long story, short...I live right around the corner and won't be going back there to spend my money. If you're local, I'd suggest not going to the "Local Smoke Shop"! I was told directly by Henry that they don't even use the products. I just wanted a vape pen. SAVE OUR GREAT CITY OF BUFFALO FROM THESE OWNERS!!! There are better places. I'd suggest the 716 shop across the street from University Station.
