I have purchased 6 appliances second hand from this store. The employees are honest and prices are fair. Next day delivery is often available! I have only had an issue with one appliance I had purchased and it was exchanged for a replacement within 3 days of my original complaint. The service and quality of this shop is excellent and I would recommend KW appliance to anyone!

We outfitted our house with several sets of appliances after moving. We had a really good experience--found appliances we liked, got them delivered and set up, and then the contracted worker who came out to do some troubleshooting was really helpful as well. We'll buy here again if we need to.

Eh this place is okay. The salesman was great at pushing sales and the inventory is decent… but prices are expensive for used products. Price of delivery kept changing. The worst thing that happened is shortly after delivery a cockroach crawled out from under the stove. Don’t know if this came from the original unit, their sales floor, or the random delivery truck they used to deliver it. After 4 months think it was a one time freak fluke. Appliances appeared clean and work great overall. But if time, money, and limited resources had not been an issue I would have called them to remove the appliances immediately when it happened. Too paranoid to try this business again.
