I work for a Health Insurance company. I called up there attempting to get information to a resident regarding his medical care. They hung up on me (Hilda) 4 times, even when i asked to speak with a supervisor. I wasn't even able to tell them who I was with or what the issue was. I believe them to be very unprofessional and are not looking out for the best interests of their seniors. Especially if their health care provider is not able to get ahold of them or simply leave a message.

My father is in Lewisville Estates. I love it. They are super kind with him. My dad can be a tad grumpy and they are really great with him. The peace of mind I have knowing he is in here is worth a million dollars. I’m so grateful! PLUS the food is awesome. It’s vital when your select a place for your parents that the food is good. And this place had by far the best food of ALL places we toured. You gotta try it!!!
