They towed my dad car because they said he park at fire line but there is no fire line and they charge $300 for what $255 for hook up fee $20 impound fee and $20 storage fee what is it? The Lewisville police covering this company if your car breakdown in shoulder and safe place they not waiting for your tow truck pro tow going to tow your car to they yard and make you to pay crazy money and if you say why you will see what happened to you 10 /10/22 we pay for are car but we had wait for hour to release the car and very very rude people

2 years ago, this was our go to company to refer our customers, employees, and anyone in need to. something changed in the last 8 ish months. The dispatchers are rude, the rotation of employees is unreal, I have to call just about everytime one of my customers requires their services anymore to remind them that we are all a team. The drivers employed are ruthless on the road now, and everyone in Lewisville complains about it. It's very unfortunate as I do not break ties easily with a company I do business with, but the ties are broken.
