Unprofessional . being run by one lady. banned our plugin without any reason and even after 2 years rejecting even new submission. too cheap and acts like stubborn child who wants to harm at any cost

I wish this could be a positive review and in my mind that's where this was heading. I contacted Woo Commerce aka Automattic about an issue my website is having due to a suggested update Woo prompted me to do. Initial contact was excellent, and a rapid dialogue was underway when out of the blue no further dialogue from Woo. This abruptness caught me off guard as this was in the AM my time which happens to be their time too. 24 hours later I got a response from them and they replied stating you did not pay for it you don't get help with it. So my site was down, tried to uninstall and reinstall but no luck as they set it Woo retain data which kindly kept the corruption from the update. My only advice is don't use Woo Commerce, they have me down and API integration with other software like is only surface deep.

I produce Sci-Fi films so had my business partner set up domain, private hosting etc & well... WordPress. I'll admit i know nothing ab it. But when i don't need to for this: i went to post on my spanking new blog with a password set up for me. Surprise, for the last 24hr, i get a window rejecting its accuracy... Finally, i ask to set up a new 1. & wow. I've been online since 1995 & I have NEVER seen this: after asking me for the Username (tried with email too), IT IS ASKING ME FOR A PASSWORD - supposedy forgotten or mistaken - IN ORDER TO SET UP A NEW PASSWORD!!! This is the Twilight Zone!!! I'm nearly giving up & going elsewhere: i don't have time for things like this, sorry. Time is money... ADDED: i can see that i'm not the only 1 w tech problems. & that the co doesn't seem to even care... With 26% of the pie, why should they? BECAUSE THAT ALWAYS LEAVES ROOM FOR THE COMPETITION TO BEAT THEM! Remember Washington Mutual? Nice & sweet & loved for it & dropping the amazing cust serv upon reaching the top & planting their flag. We noticed & they paid the price for it in spite of an attitude that said "nah, they won't do THAT...". Oh yes we did. & we can do it again. With Autimattic.
