Warm greeting received when I arrived & my request for a room change was quickly handled. During my 3 day stay, every person I interacted with "managing" the front desk (day & night) had the perfect mix of being professional as well as approachable. A relaxing stay!

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, quite, and very nice beds. Using this for some short visits to the Palm Coast area before we move on to Orlando. Some amenities could be upgraded such as the TV and bathrooms, but overall I’d stay here again.

We had a problem with mold and mildew in our house and it was recommended that we leave immediately for them to treat it… I was quite stressed until I called the Fairfield Inn in Palm Coast and spoke with Sean… He helped us with the room and was totally understanding and so professional! It is so nice to receive that kind of service! Wonderful experience!

Came to town for the race. Had a change of plans with our reservation. Special shout out to Christine (sp) at the front desk. She was above and beyond helpful to help accommodate us. Thank you for that! Our room was clean and very nice. Location is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.
