I ordered green olives and got black olives. Pan pizza not very brown on bottom- crust was undercooked.

Customer service is NO HELP lol. The delivery driver had said that they were busy. How is that my fault? We have cold pizza and none of the wings we ordered. We live less than 10 mins from this place! Who waits almost 2 hours for their complete order? Pizza Hut isn’t what it used to be.

I placed my order over the phone at 4:30. They told me it would be 15 minutes, so I got there at 4:40 to pay for my meal so I could take it home right away when it was ready. The receipt they gave me stated that they started making my order at 4:45. I asked the cashier if the ticket really was saying that they started at 4:45pm and she said yes it was, and I told her that was frustrating since I was told it would be ready at 4:45pm. She just stared at me. She did not say I’m sorry, we were running behind schedule. She didn’t say anything at all, she literally just stared at me. I was in disbelief. So I said thank you and I left. Zero interest in ever getting pizza from this location ever again, I will drive to a further location just to avoid these employees who clearly did not care about their jobs.
