Service from this location is TERRIBLE. The person left our pizza by the door on our porch in 35 degree weather, didn't even knock on the door so we would know it was delivered, and left. When the pizza was over 45 minutes later than promised, I called the store only to be told "I can't control door dash", well I didn't order from door dash! I ordered through PJ delivery. Manager on duty was no help at all. We're stuck with cold greasy pizza that has been sitting outside with feral cats. We can't eat this garbage! Pathetic!

I ordered four boxes of pizza two days in a row In this is my results to my order. Papa John's starting to make me not never want to order from them again in the manager on Cervantes in Pensacola was so rude he basically argue with me about my order Michael is his name who claims to be a manager. Papa John's need to close it doors I rated it zero and I buy pizza from them three four times out of the week. Half cook pizza is what they gave me in refuse to give My money back. 😡
