I enjoyed my time there, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was very clean, from the lobby to the room. The breakfast was hot and very appealing. They always tried to keep it stocked with food. I definitely would stay there again I'd ever in the area.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! The worst experience I have ever had at an establishment. Not only did they give us a key to the wrong room and we walked into a room with other peoples belongings in it…. When we did get to our room there was a BED BUG!!!!! The front desk workers had 0 customers and were not helpful whatsoever. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Not apologetic or willing to help us find another Hilton hotel. The front desk worker also laughed at my moms name when we check in as if she were making fun of it. There was also no manager to speak to… DONT STAY HERE!!!

Hidden and I just completed a 7 night stay at Hampton Inn in Keller, Texas. The entire staff was helpful and friendly... Especially Nicole. We were cheerfully greeted, as we came and went, by guest services, kitchen staff (great to begin each day with a smile at breakfast) and housekeeping staff. Several went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever experienced. The room was clean and comfortable... well designed... one of the best accessible rooms we've stayed in. We look forward to our next visit.

The front desk staff were great! Very welcoming and friendly. I gave three stars because there were 2 dirty wash cloths left in the shower as well as a grime ring around the sink. It was just gross. Other than that, the room was nice.
