The staff at this location are nice and the food is generally of high quality. My only complaint for this location would be the long wait times, but honestly if it means I get fresh and hot food, I'm OK with waiting a bit.

I ordered 2 thighs and the chicken was overcooked! The meat was dry and the crust was so hard I threw it out. The chicken must have been sitting tout all day. Terrible!!!! This will be my LAST visit to this location as the service and product has become worse over time. I'd rather spend my $ at Chick Fila.

So disappointed, I ordered a classic fish sandwich. The sandwich was horrible! The outside (crust) was chewy, hard and dried out. The sandwich looked like, A) left underneath the hot light too long B) it was left in the microwave too long. A or B the food was horrible. I am so done with Popeye's chicken. I do not recommend this place too anyone.

Use to love me some Popeye's Spicy fried chicken and red beans and rice, but the prices and the indistinguishable, now small pieces of chicken will have me steering clear of their franchise. I'd like to know that when I order a breast or a thigh that I can actually tell what piece it is when I open the box. The last breast I ordered had small, broken bones throughout the meat. Take out only, dining room has been closed for months. Unfortunately, sign of the times.
