I just moved to the area and asked my doctor to call my medication in to this CVS. He called it in around noon. I stopped around 9PM on my way home and they still had not gotten around to filling it. She said that it would be ready in about half an hour. I waited until morning and stopped on my way to work. I saw a guy in the back working and he didn't approach the window but spoke through the speaker asking my name and birthdate. He wasn't the least bit friendly. When he brought my medicine he just threw it in the tray and walked off. He didn't say thank you or anything. I felt that was pretty rude. The name on the receipt was Adam. There are plenty of other places to buy medicine. I won't continue to shop here if I experience rudeness again. I will give it another chance before I switch to a different pharmacy. I work in customer service and our job is all about being pleasant to people. I will not spend money at an establishment if I have to deal with jerks.

If I could give zero stars I would .... Drive thru decided to argue about how much I pay for my script ...she slammed a paper on the window and was see look you paided this much I held my back account up and said no I pay this much ....she called me rude I pulled up a coupon because she obviously wasn't giving me the correct price Was told it would be additional 20 min wait k owing my script was ready ....I asked why was told she needed that long to put my coupon in that she had a line to get through .....ok I guess me being at the window first in line ment what ??? She told me to pull around and get in line again ....wait ummm no!! I pulled around alright to haul my but in the store ....two ppl ahead of me lady typed my name and info in and look coupon was already entered .........this lady had a bad additude should never tell a customer what they have paid before ....arguing with me like she pays my bills ......CVS will not get a return customer at this point I'll deal with the lazy ppl at Walgreens! Thanks CVS you ruined my day with your lack of customer service!!

Pharmacist named Adam that was there tonight, was very, rude, cocky and arrogant. After telling me they did not take VA insurance(so I questioned it and was trying to let him know something else), right away he got nasty and said, "I'm not gonna argue with you ma'am"! I wasn't even arguing with him. I was only trying to get more clarification about something and needed more answers, so was asking questions. I pulled around and came in the store to see who I was speaking to, as he was not even at the drive thru window for me to see him when I had pulled up. Don't dare ever ask this CVS more questions, as right away this pharmacist thinks you are arguing, when in fact it is him that wants to argue!! Sheesh!! Also he did not even ask if I had any questions about the medication like all the other pharmacies I go to would do. Something really needs to be done about this CVS store, as I see others complained about his behavior and other staff before as well!! Corporate needs to send a few mystery shoppers in there to see for themselves. I wont be back!!

Their staff is absolutely rude, they will not take the time to actually listen when im speaking. They tell me my script isn't due when its a week late. I'm so tired of dealing with their secretive explanations, telling me they are out of the medication but have the medication a half an hour later . Or even send a text telling my script is ready and then come to find out its not . Its so frustrating and stressful dealing with these lazy and rude staff, there needs to be a change !

Questions & Answers

Do you have OTC?

Yes. You can purchase OTC (over- the- counter) cold & flu medications. Brand name & generic items are also available like Tylenol, aspirin, vitamins, ointments, band-aids, cough & flu medicines, rubbing alcohol, and so much more. Cheaper than Walgreens. Hope you find what you're looking for. You can also talk to the pharmacist to make sure you're getting what you need for whatever it is that ails you. Highly recommend. Good luck. 🙂

Good afternoon ,, They have acetylsistein ,, on paper, if it is x recipe ,, and price
