Upon going through your car wash on Friday Afternoon. I experienced scratches on my hood from the dryer brush. It came down harder then it should have. It made some noise before coming down across my hood that I thought was unusual. I reported it to one of your employees and he took all of my personal information and assured me that the Manager would be contacting me on Saturday in regards to this. This did not occur

This is the best car wash I've ever patronized. I have one of the monthly plans that they offer and I can go through anytime I want. My car is never spotty and the two attendants that they have brush off all of her road dirt before you go into the car wash. I highly recommend this business.
