My order was prepared as I expected, although, the service was awful. I waited 10 minutes in the store before an employee would come to the front and help me. I was told by 3 separate employees that someone would be up to help me in just a moment. It took 10 minutes. All a while my pizza was sitting in the warmer. They did not appear busy, no cars in the parking lot, not customers in the store, and the phone was not ringing. I was thinking about getting my cell phone from the car and calling them just so someone had to come to the front and answer the phone.

I used to absolutely love Pizza Hut but the last pizza I got which was like two or three weeks ago I got it from Pizza Hut and it just wasn't anything like it used to be...

The Haitian woman on the register at 10 o'clock this morning was awful. She didn't know what a personal size pizza was. She didn't know how to process the "Book it!" coupon for my daughter's pizza and chose berate my son who was trying to order it as well as a medium pizza. She told him that they only do that online, (not true at all) and said she would do it this one time, but never again! I get that finding workers is hard at this moment, but she shouldn't be working with the public at all. On top of all of that, the $15 Pizza Hut is charging for a medium pizza is atrocious. Il Primo is excellent, the staff there are professional, and you get way better pizza for the same price.

September 11, 2021 UPDATE: MANAGER GAVE A FULL CREDIT. Today, used my credit, with doubt, but this time the pizza was absolutely fantastic. If I got my pizza like this every time, I would order from here all the time. Thank you for credit and great pizza. Third picture is today's picture. It has sauce l. Last month.... Just got this at work. Pizza crust is awful, you have to chew it. Like rubber. Worst pizza ever. Cheese sticks, well picture tells all. Received wrong pop.
