I called to get transferred to a room theirs that someone I knew was staying in and the room they called me from,so I called back to get to his room and they told me no one of that name was there and hung up even tho I know that they were there. So I called back and asked for room 7 because I thought that was the room number they were in and she told me that if I called back she would call the cops on me and when I asked her why she said that because no one of that name is here and I said well can you help me find what room they are in and she wouldn’t listen, I told her this was bad customer service and she hung up

My husband and I were pleased with our 1 night stay. The beds could've been a little comfier but for the price, it was the best deal around. We will be back in the future.
