I was unaware or had forgotten I had signed up for spring/fall liquid aerations at $99/per service, probably because they didn't come out in spring last year when I set it up. They came out in October when I requested it and charged the correct amount. They did not come out spring this year so in June I requested service again and at no point did someone mention I was already on a contract for that and charged me $160 or so. Again, at this point I still didn't remember I had set up a contract for that service because I had to request every appt for it. A couple months later they come out with saying for what and did ANOTHER liquid aeration which I didn't request. When I saw the invoice for it I called and tried to get some answers and asked why would they do it again so soon and that's when they mentioned the contract. BTW, they charged me about $199 for that service which per contract says only $99. When I asked for the manager, they were apparently too busy and said they'd call me back but got no calls or voicemails. I attempted this two more times with no change. This company is unprofessional, doesn't keep to their word, shows up without telling you what services they're providing, and does a mediocre job. I cut my own grass with clean blades but still have a weed problem that I personally address before every cutting. Do not use this company if you can help it, most of the products they use can be bought online for $6-10 which they charge $75 per application. Trust me I've looked them up from the invoices. EDIT*** Since they won't let you reply to a follow up I'm writing it here. My contract from the beginning says spring and fall, I have it in writing. I agree I forgot about service but that was addressed. My voicemail is never full, I monitor it daily. I was going to left the theft go since i was warned about yall but i took a chance, but if you want to call me a liar I will pursue action to get money stolen from me on multiple occasions.

The company charges you with out much warning less then 12 hour notice and they dont spray. When I called to tell them I am convinced no one spraying because of a bug problem I was having, for example this ant farm that had been there for months, they told me they are but they will send someone else out if I want I said please. After they sprayed I went outside and that same ant farm was there. A week later they charged me 280 for the treatment, I told them to cancel and I want my money back she said we already treated I sent in pictures showing they didn't and I want to talk to a manager they said one will call me back waiting 7 business days and counting.

The guys we talked to for our appointment were extremely nice at hearing our problem and offering a solution. Went out of their way to provide value and a positive experience. We have signed up for an every 3 month maintenance pest spray! Thank you!
