The location was fantastic. Our unit 1208 is another story. It was worn out, dirty and poorly stocked. There wasn't a steak knife or parying knife to be found and the large skillet was so worn we didn't even use it for fear of eating Teflon. The carpets were filthy, the ceiling fans caked with dirt and one just had bare light bulbs in it. The whole unit needs painting and furniture replaced. For $3500 a week it was a shock. Vacasa offered a $52 credit! What a joke.

We stayed 6 nights in room 801. There was 10 of us. 3 bedrooms. 3 baths. Nice condo. Oceanfront with beautiful views. Large balcony. Condo was roomy. Clean. Full kitchen. Only negative is the elevators. They had 3 and it seemed one was broken just about everyday. Long wait for the elevator. Some of our group would do the stairs. I am handicapped and 8 flights of stairs was to much for me. So I had to wait. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Beautiful place ! Only Thing is not enough bath towels, master bedroom ceiling fan don’t work !! Carpet in living and dinning room very stained ! Needs minor updating ! But nice so far ! We’re here 4 more days beautiful beach views 🏖😊 Our condo is right next to elevators which is really nice 👍🏻

We got the penthouse #19 and it was Awesome. A tad high as far as height but so was i the whole vacation! Everything’s close. You can walk to several restaurants and the beach. Pool out back. Awesome place. Will come back
