This was “chicken Alfredo pasta” we received. There’s no chicken or noodles and this clearly isn’t Alfredo. When calling the store to try and get this resolved we were on hold without anyone answering or helping Us for 30 minutes and they still haven’t answered.

Pizza arrived late and looked like half was eaten or missing. We were expecting the pizza so we were waiting inside at the door. We heard a knock and immediately opened the door but the delivery guy was nowhere to be seen. (Honestly I would have ran away too if I were delivering something like this!!!!) Tried to call but no answer. Eventually used a different phone than the one I used to order the pizza and they finally answered. I was then placed on hold for over 45 min. I love Dominos pizza but my advice would be to avoid this particular restaurant in Gulf Shores completely, I intend to be there in person when they open in the morning. This is ridiculous! UPDATE: Cameron the manager on duty took care of everything and I am happy with my refund. Thank you Cameron.

Pizza looked good and tasted good, and was hot upon arrival. Our delivery driver was very friendly. I would suggest using app to order, it gives you an estimated time of delivery or carry out ready plus helps keep accuracy of order. Service and pizza has definitely improved from earlier orders!

Saddest excuse for pizza I have ever seen! The burned up side was supposed to be cheese pizza for my child. And the drizzle of sauce. This is sorry! You should do better and I kept trying to contact with no answer!

The Beach Club is 12 miles away from the Domino's location in question so unfortunately, Domino's does not deliver that far out. There is always the option to meet our delivery drivers at the Dollar General located in the middle at 15827 A, AL-180, Gulf Shores, AL 36542 when ordering over the phone, website, or the Domino's app.
Hey Barbara, if you're asking at pace blvd we are severely understaffed and only have 1 insider in the mornings. If it's the other stores they are switching to online only orders and no longer have phones in the store (: hopes that helps
No sit down at this dominos. Order your pizza online, have it delivered, or go to the store and pick it up. The domiono employees wear mask.
