Five stars goes to Joe DeAlcuaz for being such a great Maintainence Technician. Joe has been very responsive and communicative whenever we had any questions or concerns! We were having major issues with the AC at our rental and he came in and resealed all the doors in the rental house. Joe also helped push MSR to replace the ducts and insulation in the house because we weren’t getting proper air circulation from our ac unit. Now the AC and house is cooling down properly! Joe has been a great person to reach out to whenever we have had any issues! Very professional! If you ever need anything taken care of and Joe is the scheduled technician, just know you will be in good hands!

There are companies that lease to own, they purchase the property with your down payment, you live and pay rent for no more than 2 years, then you refinance in your name.
