I went in to get cash, looked a mess because I just mowed the lawn. The young lady that was greeting people showed me how to set up the digital card and how to use the ATM since my new card hasn't arrived yet. That was amazing customer service, in makes me happy to be a chase customer

Had to close my bank account for my business and asked if I could get something notarized. Girl told me it would be no problem and closed my business account and then they say they wouldnt notarize it for me... lol what a joke...
