I have never filed a complaint, but I am exasperated. My experience at this location was very poor. I arrived around 7:10 with about 30 minutes of time prior to when I needed to be at work. Following a brief miscommunication with the cashier in which another employee tried to chime in for clarification but did so condescendingly and did not provide anything productive, I had to wait 20 minutes (inside) for my order while the drive through was being prioritized, and cars that had been there a shorter time than I had were getting their orders immediately. Another man ordered a similar order and took mine when it was ready. (Another individual had waited about the same amount of time and needed to cancel the order because it was not being met.) After another 10 minutes, I spoke with the people working in an attempt to Overall, this location was either understaffed or poorly managed with minimal interest in customer service. cancel my order while an additional worker tried to dismiss the order taking a long time and someone else grabbing my order as my mistake by saying, "Well, there was two there, but I guess I can make another one." There had been a total of three orders that were similar, so this was an irrelevant and unproductive attempt to place the blame on me. I, again, attempted to cancel the order, but was not being fully listened to, so when I finally was able to cancel, a new sandwich had been brought out, and I felt pressure to simply accept the order. After all of this, I was given the wrong order and was late to work as I did not anticipate needing 45 minutes for a sandwich.

Long read but worth it! Today was me and my wife's last straw with this place. New management is TRASH! We went through the drive through with a relatively large order so we ordered slow. Sorry to the people behind us. We ordered 2 iced coffees, 2 teas, 2 avacado toasts, 2 hash browns, and a sourdough breakfast sandwich. They gave us our half of our order and we were waiting for the rest. The guy at the drive thru door, after about 3 or 4 mins, asked us "is there anything I can help you with" rudely I might add. We said we're missing our avacado toast. He then looked behind him where it was then handed it to us. We looked our receipt and saw they didn't give us one of our avacado toasts and one of our hash browns. We said whatever we can deal with those two missing orders and drove off. At the car wash next door our son said "hey what about my tea" so we parked and my wife walked back to get the tea. There was no one in the lobby but about 6-8 employees. She said to them that she's missing a tea that she ordered and they just sat there rudely not answering. It was right there on the counter! They gave her the tea and as she walked back to the car I was about to call her and tell her that they also messed up our son's breakfast sandwich! That was the feather that broke the camel's back. We've been coming here for over three years and for the past several months it's always something with this place. Just yesterday we ordered a relatively small order and they STILL MESSED THE ORDER UP! We were inside ordering at that. We called up there to complain and one of the employees, (I don't know if she was a manager or whatever) Victoria, was making up excuses on the matter. We don't want our money back or a free coffee, we want you to do better and train your employees better! Trust and believe corporate will be called. Period!

the wait can get a little long and sometimes they close the lobby but that's obviously because they are understaffed and overworked just like every other fast food place in American right now.. despite this the employees are always very sweet and work hard to get the line moving fast. yall are doing great!

I can count on 2 hands on how many times I’ve had to return my orders because of burnt coffee or because they used stevia instead of regular sugar. When I first moved here, medium coffee was at $2.87. Now it is $3.01. It was good for a while, they got it right. But it seems since they ended up under new management they don’t understand what 5 sugar is. If you specialize in coffee, how hard is it to train your new employees to get it right.

Masks worn by employees and customers when not eating, spots in the floor for social distancing.
I went through drive through, but definitely didn't notice any type of outdoor seating.
I have only been in there once but my recommendation would be to either call there or make contact with the store manager.
