Beautiful venue! Rita came to the rescue by accommodating us on short notice after our other venue closed down. Her and her staff were great and the venue was clean and well supplied with everything we needed! Definitely would recommend! And will be considering for any of my family's future events. :)

I got married at this venue on May 27th 2022.Yes the venue is beautiful. I had a wonderful time because of my family and friend's. When I first booked this venue with Leo/Rita I was told that certin things would be included which was not...I ended paying extra 1400 after I paid off my balance in full...The day of my wedding the venue was not ready all my bridesmaids had to set up also had to remove at least 100 chairs from the grooms room.. I just felt like Rita was all about the money and harassing me for payment after I paid in full I had to pull my receipt and screenshot the proof . Just make sure if you do book that you keep all records of payment and review contract word for word...If verbal agreement is made write it on paper... I had outside catering I had to pay a fee for that which I paid... then 3 days before my wedding I was told I needed to pay another deposit that I will get back after the catering was to clean up bust down table roll tables outside stack all chairs..Dealing with Rita just gave me a headache with all the confusion. I was not giving up any more money point blank period so My bridal party and caterer just decided to go ahead and do everything ourselves that's why I didn't hire her crew.. on my contract it never stated that the caterer had to pay a $250 deposit that will be returned. You made that up 3 days before my wedding.

I was a maid of honor. The lady Rita is rude. She over talks you. The charge for everything that should be included with booking with a venue. My friend wedding started at 7 we arrive at 5 they where still scrambling to set up chairs and the entire place. Chairs where still stacked in men’s rooms. The building was not cool it was hot/humid. She didn’t have staff or wedding planner to orchestra the flow she stayed in the back. they added more charges outside the contact. The caterer had to not only clean up her supplies but bust down tables and remove liens which should have been the venue to put up they own chairs tables clothes in they designated area. The BRIDAL PARTY WAS RESPONSIBLE for over clean up not just removing what we brought but Rita had us all moving furniture tables chairs etc. If you rent here be ready to pay pay extra and turn into venue staff. Rip off. But the building was cute.

Landon was awesome and total professional accommodating and great communicater. The night of my wedding and reception went well without a hitch.. You would think Landon was the owner of the venue. Talk to Landon he will ensure everything is taken care and you have no worries for your event.. Thanks Landon. Your awesome!
