The place is a bit expensive and when I got my polish change instead of a pedicure they acted like it was the end of the world. Made me super uncomfortable, however Jade my nail person was super nice and made the whole situation better

This place is hit or miss. Your appointment time may or may not be honored and you should double the wait time they tell you. Some technicians are ok, many are not. The place is one of the largest, and prettiest but that is not necessarily reflected in the quality of work and professionalism.

I made an appointment today and I ended up leaving without getting any service because when I got there they didn’t even honor my appointment that I made in advance. I waited a good 15 mins still no service and top of the 15 mins it was going to be a longer wait. I don’t know why they make appointments if they are not going to honor them!

My daughter went there for a set of acrylics and they charged my husband extra because my daughter used different nail color on each finger. Ridiculous! $60 for acrylics? Will never go there again.
