If you’re going to try this job out be prepared to not complain about the heat in the warehouse. If they hear you in the break room talking about the heat and they over hear they WILL LET YOU GO. Ryder has been know you let people go without giving them a fair chance. Terrible job & dangerous working conditions due to the heat. I don’t recommend this to anyone unless you’re use to the heat. The managers don’t tolerate complaining here obviously. This is a high turn over rate by the way with this company Ryder. Frito Lay doesn’t treat their employees this way
