Owner is a scam artist. Sign on their wall says $85 an hour for labor. The gps on my truck shows I was barely even there an hour ( had to tell them what I needed done as well as wait in line and wait for them to print a recipet, so maybe 30-40 min tops of labor provided). But I got charge $140 for labor because (told me after the service was done) they said they were backed up on work and so upcharged me without prior notification. After reviewing the receipt it had no indication of up charge due to expedite service, all that was show was I got charged for 1.6 hours of labor when I was barely even at the facility for an hour. Which is fraud and an illegal business practice, because according to the receipt I paid for 1.6 hours of labor (not expedited service) I obviously did not receive. Probably going to report them to the Better Business Bureao.

Went for a new pole saw they had. Some of them were tagged with the price went to purchase it and was told the tag was wrong it was 70.00 more. Would not honor the tagged price I can not shop at a place that would deceive customers this way. Hoped to find a good place to service my equipment and sharpen chains when need but will keep looking else where will not be back

Had a part for a 8hp side shaft carburetor needle valve and gasket cant beat that oh it was in stock !

I bought my chain saw from them in 2015. I was taking chain saw in for service. They have a nice selection of chain saws and weed wackers. They are always busy. A lot of trades people go here. I think that is the highest endorsement that people that use the equipment every day come back to get it serviced here
