I had went to the cove location the other day. Even though i didn't take a loan out at that very moment, Cici was so professional and easy to talk to. She gave me all the information i needed so when i returned it would make the whole process easier. She has an awesome personality and great sense of humor, enough to make me think about it and want to come back. I will definitely be there my next day off to get my lone and bring a friend or 2 with me.

April at this location is absolutely wonderful! Her communication skills, thoroughness and customer service skills are impeccable. This was my first time using their services and she took the time to explain, answer all my numerous questions and ensure that I understood. When I called back she remembered why I came in to obtain their services and inquired as to how my situation was fairing. What an absolute gem!
