They are no HELP the non custodial parent is behind almost 12k and they don’t enforce or try to collect they state each time I call the courts are closed due to “COVID” . The balance just accumulates the only action is a 30 day 60 day or 90 day notice to pay . To this point it’s best to not even call this place is a JOKE

Depends on if you are paying a percentage or if you have one flat rate to pay but personally mine is the same everytime whether I have overtime or not

Don't file a complaint they laugh at that and throw it away it's better to sue them individually from the clerks to the judge call and ask for names and watch how they hang up the phone they know their guilty they know they injured you
No just go in sign in fill out one of the papers on the clipboard take the paper and your i.d back up to the counter and they'll call you to the back.
