Brought 26 pallets from Cincy. Had 8am appt. Check in is online and was done by 645. Park on the street. 730 was directed to a door by text. 840 they started to unload me. Felt like by 9 i was unloaded. Got a text to pay lumper at 1050. 110 cone get the bills. Interaction with staff was good. Very slow to count. 1 hour detention

Once I was given a door everything was done very quickly, I was done in 45 minutes with paperwork on hand, it took two hours to get a door though, and OTR drivers have to park on street before checking in, hence the 4 stars. Plenty of room for maneuvering inside. The two ladies at guard shack were awesome. Lumpers were great too, I think they took about 10 minutes to unload a full reefer. Will be back with no hesitation.

Truckers beware from them took forever to unload you, then they gonna do damage the product with forklift after that they will mention on BOL damage and refused then your payment will stuck with broker soo when you open the door make sure took the picture before backing to the dock

I believe they are but you need to go up to their facility..
