A huge Thank You to Kevin Spizzirri, World Subaru, Tintin Falls, NJ who helped me tremendously with the rear hub assemblies on my Forester. There are no words to express my appreciation. For all the assistance he gave me. Thank you so very much, Kevin and Subaru For your help.

No one seems to care about fixing an ongoing issue with their A/C systems. Called dealer they said change a compressor paid for ( nothing changed), next step: change the evaporator core, changed that(same problem), A/c condenser???? Dealer loves to come up with anything as long as you pay for it. Never buying another subaru again and not recommending to anyone.

With owning 5 new Subaru vehicles within almost thirty years. I do consider myself a Subaru fan. But the company I love is not showing any love to it loyal fan base. With the almost a half year, with a dangerous recall on one of the most expensive model. Subaru of America isn’t planing or even entertaining to revolve the mandated recall. I rather buy a Kia and expect this type of customer service. You just lose a lifelong buyer.

I have no idea. This is Corporate HQ not a dealership
Reach out to HR at Subaru of America
I'm not sure if your near by you should stop over there
Many! Look on Subaru.com and at the bottom click on jobs
Call the Customer Advocacy Department
Also, you can get them via www.subaru.com website
Due to the change in body styles, the mirrors from the '16 most likely will not fit the newer '19 body.

I no this is a late answer but I thought someone might look at post and need a answer again .No get it serviced.its harder on a car sometimes to just sit.You should if possible have someone start it weekly and run for a little while.
It all depends on the part you're getting and if you're paying for a rush delivery and it can take a day to a week and sometimes longer
Take it back to the dealership, if they don't resolve the issue, or give you problems, then contact Subaru of America.
I wish you had a different experience with your Subaru vehicle. I am not a Subaru employee or Subaru sales rep, so I am not sure how to help you. Did you try calling Subaru customer dealership services department? If I am not mistaken it's 1-800-SUBARU-3. Give it shot. What's worth can happen?
I am not a technical expert, not sure of the reason. I think you need to continue to pursue the issue with the dealership. And if they cannot help check with SOA. They have a department that deals with customer/dealership issues.
I suggest to call Customer service to get proper guidance on how to proceed. 800-Subaru-3
