I would give this company a negative rating if I could. At least 0 stars you rose stars. But the only option is 1 star 1 star. Terrible service.. This is box 1 of 2..I've been dealing with this company For an entire week to try to get my other Box to complete my order. I have been told everything from it got left on our dock and it will be on the next truck out, to I can't find your freight,to it will be delivered tomorrow.. The absolute best was when I was told on one day when I took off work to be there for the delivery. That the delivery man attempted to deliver my freight but there were 2 pit bulls in my front yard and so he was unable to deliver so I would have to reschedule the delivery. I do not even own pit bulls. Every day I call they have something new to tell me and I still have yet to receive my freight... I have had 3 different appointments on 3 different days have taken off work for all 3 and still do not have my freight. And you can see by the photos the Box they did deliver was totally mutilated.

XPO has zero customer service!! I ordered the bespoke refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and hood from Samsung on July 27. XPO has rescheduled instillation and delivery 5 times. When I called the local Dallas warehouse, they admitted to losing the fridge. We have spoken to XPO for hours on the phone and nobody is able to help or assist us. This is our third month with no appliances thanks to XPO. We have taken multiple days off of from work to adjust our schedule around XPO.

Big national company that gives substandard service. They are contracted to pickup and exchange my build in refrigerator few times. One group don’t know what they are doing, The group who had experience, was so rude and didn’t install correctly. No one cleaned their boots or had shoe covers while tracking in and out of my house… I can go on and on… This company neglected to train their employees the basic rules when enter a customer’s house nor cleaning up and double check their work.. Don’t use them if you have a choice.

Worst communication & customer service I have ever experienced. Lost my product. Refused to contact Samsung and notify them it was lost causing me to have to wait an additional 2/3 weeks for the item. Finally, Samsung sent a replacement. XPO delivered and expected the item they lost to be pickuped up from us? It’s been several weeks since this happened. Today I received a notification about them sending someone to pickup a return. I had no return? If I could give 0 stars I would. Spent over 5 total hours on the phone with them & Samsung due to their error. WASTE OF TIME.
