Worst finance department when it comes to refund: I bought my Jeep wrangler in February 2022 and sold it by the end of July 2022 as we wanted something else. While buying the wrangler, we also bought vehicle protection plan which could be cancelled at any point of time. After selling my wrangler I visited dealership multiple times as this protection plan can only be cancelled though them. I filled up the form and they told me that it’s all done on my end and I’ll be receiving refund check in 6 to 8 weeks. It’s been more than 8 weeks and except for promotional mail I haven’t received anything from them. I have a little to no hope in receiving my refund now as no one from finance ever answers the phone. Bottom like: they will make your buying experience as great as possible but when it comes to refund it’s a fraud dealership.
