the buying process was smooth and i appreciate everyones help but within the first week i had to put over 400 into the car… and more coming. i wouldve kept my old one if i new my “upgrade” was going to have issues right away. service dept is a nightmare and they all tell you different things, first free, make you wait, and then way over charge you. wont give you the inspection information, big red flag. taking to a regular mechanic instead this week. i dont have time nor want to put money into this car right after getting it

I've been 'working' with this service team for over 6+ months. I've talked to 3 different account managers who have all: a) ignored me, b) passed me around and, worst, c) not done anything proactively to help resolve my issue. In fact, it really feels like their MO was to 'wait out the clock' on my warranty, which is really terrible. AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Uptown Dodge has the WORST customer service and the worst service repair Garage . MECHANICS DONOT know what they are doing . This dealership has had my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 Eco diesel truck in their garage for weeks at a time in the past year . Fuel line has been replaced twice in the past year . Front end alignment was done April 2022 when fuel line was replaced . We told dealership about the truck having a wobble in the steering . We were told it needed to have a front end alignment . Found out today 10-1-2022 that the rear end needs $3,000. worth of work done from freedom dodge on camp wisdom where we bought the truck . Also clock spring in steering needs to be replaced that’s another $1,000. at least 🥵We still had a warranty on my truck back when we had the truck in the shop in April … now uptown dodge and freedom dodge on cockrell hill and camp wisdom want to ignore my phone calls they put straight through to a voicemail or else pick up and hang up the phones on me . Very unprofessional. We are going to get killed in this truck. When one of the employees from freedom dodge test drove my truck his exact words were : Someone is going to get killed in this truck . My words are : Its a Death Trap!

This is one of the sorriest dealerships I have ever dealt with.. once my extended warranty was up on my 2015 Eco Diesel Dodge Ram 1500 Truck it’s been one big headache this dealership will not even answer my phone calls . I have called and been hung up on . My truck recently started to rattle so bad on the highway I almost crashed several times . I started doing my own research and found out it’s called DEATH WOBBLE I BELIEVE that DODGE SHOULD HELP ME FIX THIS Problem I spent $2,500.
