I had a great experience with Hieline. When my husband was in rehab, they decided to discharge him before there was enough time to get a bed through medicare. Hieline helped me procure a bed and made sure it was set up and ready to go before my husband came home. When I decided to purchase a larger bed and return the rental, they worked with me when the mattress company I bought from screwed up the delivery date. Without the understanding and help with Hieline, it would have been a big mess. I will definitely use them for any future needs. The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Especially the wonderful guy who came and set up the bed.

Terrible customer service 10 minutes on hold you gotta be kidding me . I will take my business somewhere else . Plenty of options . If your busy with other customers in the phone have the manner and let the people holding if you can call them back or if they can hold .

Super great place. Rented a scooter for the visiting gramps. We went shopping, took him to the ball game. It was great. Great service, good equipment, and super nice people. We will be back.
