Johnathon Bissett took my down payment to do my mirrors. It took so long, I had to set a deadline for him to bring me my money or put in my mirrors. He finally put my mirrors in incorrectly and unsafe. I called and texted for him to come repair his poor installation. My agent called as well but his phone goes straight to a full voice mail and you can't leave a message. I trusted him and gave him every opportunity to correct his poor installation. I now have to be out more money and time to make my house safe. He told me many excuses and lies along the way and took total advantage of me. I would not recommend him to anyone. I chose him because he had good reviews. I am now aware he is just a scammer. His good reviews and pictures are fake!

John does not respond to texts, calls or emails. I’ve been waiting months for an order and cannot get a response from him on anything. He will not acknowledge my messages requesting a refund. I dropped by his “office” to be told he hasn’t been there in months and has nothing in it. Very frustrating that his VM is full and cannot get ahold of someone that required a deposit. Do not use him.

I have called and texted Jon several times and cannot get a response. His VM is full so I could not leave a message. Years ago, Jon did a great job however when I referred him to a friend, who paid him a deposit via Zelle, he did not respond back to her nor schedule a date for installation. He has not called back the client or myself. We are on week 3. I would provide a no star if I could. Jon, if you call me back, I will change this rating otherwise this should a ZERO star review.

John is great. I wanted to coverup an old pocket door. It could have turned out really bad but because john is a perfectionist the mirror is too. So pretty and just what I wanted. LOVE IT

If ordered early enough yes, in most cases, we can install a low-E window with a 12 year warranty within the same day. Some days are busy so call early and we can at least get it secure.
Okay, so I ask myself this all the time. Lol! Really, if I were to ask myself what gives me the most satisfaction in being a glass and mirror company in Arlington and in Texas would certainly be the city of Arlington. There are a lot of great cities in Texas but Arlington is the most different in demographics, race, culture. I believe in the future of Arlington. I grew up here and have lived here my entire life and wouldn't live anywhere else. Texas has glass codes that, as I'm sure if you have looked into this already know, has a green energy star regulation.. basically, what that means. . in layman terms is that our glass has to perform.. and at about 5% more than Energy Star. which is cray good for us when you consider how hot it gets here. I always try to improve my education. . it's been a long road as a small business owner and it has definitely had it's challenges raising up here in Arlington. . I feel like I know everyone who's been here for any substantial amount of time.
