Called 3 times tonight along with all of my neighbors to report someone at 1am on our block with a loud Marichi band that can be heard 6 blocks over clear through our homes. NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP! They constantly claim they are “patroling” this neighborhood yet no one can ever be found when it actually counts. One year someone in a stolen car flipped the car over in my neighbors yard damaging other cars on the street…took them 3 hours to arrive. Sorry police station!!! Need to do better by the citizens it’s supposed to serve and protect

I have always been a back the blue supporter. I called this station about getting someone to direct traffic at the Gaston and Garland intersection after almost getting t-boned when all of the power went out. The officer would not acknowledge there was even an issue and kept saying they were working to get the power back on. Seriously??? Hopefully there are no bad accidents!

You are the worst department i have ever had to deal with. You have shown this community time and time again you will only show up after the danger is gone IF you bother to show up at all. Doesn't matter if it's a hit and run, or gun shots outside sometimes home. You can sit there and watch things happen and still DO NOTHING. YOU ARE A COMPLETE DISGRACE. DO BETTER!
