My husband and I went all the way to Odessa to get my sweet Catahoula. She's 8 weeks and adjusting well. The owner gave me all the information to give to my vet. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and seemed to love their job of taking care of all the animals.

We adopted Eric in 2018 and Will in 2021! Ruth and Sue do an amazing job!

EARS is by far the most incredible dog rescue I’ve ever been to. They take such good care of every single dog and you can tell that the owner (Sue) is so passionate and kind hearted. I adopted my terrier from EARS and she has been my biggest blessing. Sue truly cares about all of these dogs and by all accounts is doing amazing work across the state of Florida. Please consider EARS if you are looking to adopt a dog, you won’t regret it!

Had no issues adopting my 8 week old puppy from them. I filled out an online adoption application and was contacted via telephone the next day. I was able to see the available puppies right away and my Luna was dropped off to me when she was ready to go at 8 weeks old. She is healthy and happy. I was lucky to be able to adopt her and loved how the quick and smooth the process was!

Plz go to ears.org fill out a release form. All rescues arw very fulk but get on a wait f list to surrender your dog. Offer as much money as you can afford for the care , feeding g and vetting of your dog. ESTS is a non profit and relies on donations. Please fill a form for release immediately and with as many rescues you can find in your area. I know how hard this may be for you; but the dog doesn't and can't understand. EARS can help as lo f as thete is room. Asap , time is essential. Good luck
My daughter volunteers there and I believe you can if they have room to take them. They only have room for a certain number of dogs. :(
No we do not work with aggressive dogs.
Yes, if you go to www.earsrescue.org there is a volunteer application for you can fill out. Must be 17 years+
I would not know, why they gave us 1 star. I have been volunteering there for 7 years, and everything E.A.R.S. does is for the care and happiness of our dogs.
E.A.R.S. is a dog only shelter... sorry.
Sorry this is strictly a dog sanctuary. I do not believe they have placements for cats.
They put photos of their animals on petfinder.com. You also might be able to find them at their website.
We are a no kill rescue, but we are currently at capacity.
Everyone who works there is a volunteer except the director. So, very likely. Best to call and ask.
If you go to E.A.R.S.rescue.org, there is a form for volunteering. Any help is always appreciated.
I would reach out to Pit rescues first. Is this pit aggressive towards other dogs or humans? I am a volunteer at this rescue.
