I usually try to go to Ace Hardware before the big-box stores because of the great customer service. But this was my first time going into Vision Ace Hardware, and I was blown away! I usually go to the one closer to me in Carrollwood, but I happened to be in this area and wanted to give it a try. I went to get some paint and some paint supplies for a project I was working on. I had to go with all three of my kids, so before going into the store I called ahead of time to make sure the color I needed was available. The phone was answered by a very nice man who was able to get me some help with a paint expert in the store. When I arrived, I was greeted so nicely by both men, and one of them even interacted with my kids while mixing the paint. My kids had such a great time at the store & I was blown away by the friendliness of this man. I don't remember their names unfortunately, wish I had gotten them. I will definitely be going out of my way for now on to visit this store!

ACE is always a good place, people are always helpful. I went there because I had a warranty claim on a Big Green Egg part, the place I originally purchased it from is no longer an Authorized dealer, so I went to ACE and they immediately helped me to get the ball rolling and get the parts from Big Green Egg, they honored the warranty and hopefully soon I will be receiving the new parts, to be continued on that....... But as far as ACE goes, as you can see from my story they really are the "Helpful Hardware Folks".

The staff here is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I prefer shopping here rather than at the two very big box hardware stores. It is much easier to find things here and to get in and out of quickly.

Love shopping here! Store is clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. I can find just about anything here from gardening supplies to my favorite hand lotion. I highly recommend Ace Hardware!
