Positive: The staff was great! Room had the kitchen which was great also. It was affordable and quiet. Negative: Room smelled like bug fogger or spray. Saw a few dead bugs in my room as well.

This is one of the nastiest hotels I have EVER stayed at. My kids even asked if they could please sleep in the car instead. Roaches, bugs, left over food, glass on the floor, hair in the beds and on the base boards, stains, stinks, smears in the sinks. DO NOT STAY HERE! Also, we reserved a room with 2 beds and they told us they have that room to someone else despite is calling to say we would be arriving late. Terrible customer service!

The room was clean and good accommodation. I gave a 3 because there is a full kitchen, but no dinner ware or cook ware. There wasn't even a paper cup if I needed to get a drink of water. No shampoo. Air-conditioner was great!

Horrible place. This company is absolutely shady & cut throat. Traveled to Ft Worth for medical reasons regarding my mothers health in below 20° temperatures, through ice rain to arrive at this location where we had reservations, only for them to turn away my ill mother with no explanation. Front desk female was absolutely rude & not knowledgeable of what she was doing. My mother & sister had to sleep in a vehicle overnight at the hospital hours before an important procedure. My mother is currently in the hospital now and these people had no compassion whatsoever about our situation. This morning I look at my account & notice that they charged my card despite turning away my family. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL WHATSOEVER. This experience turned an already difficult situation into an even worst one, but they were real quick to take my money. Absolutely sickening.
