People at the desk are very nice. Hotel is not well maintained and the “free breakfast” is granola bars, instant oatmeal and coffee. No fruit, or juice or anything else. Furniture and appliances are crusty and you have to ask for most anything other than towels (coffee filter, sheets in my case). Lots of stains on everything and wear and funk in the stairwells. Furniture was dirty (dust, granola bar crumbs) when I checked in. 2 stars is because the staff were nice, AC worked, bed was usable, and I didn’t notice bugs or foul smells in my guest room.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS U WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY FOR TRYING TO BE A CUSTOMER!!! IF JUST ONE PERSON READS THIS AND DECIDES NOT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS HOTEL, IT IS WORTH IT!!! Staff and management were very unhelpful. No general upkeep of furniture and appliances and lighting. Hallway was extremely dirty and smelled of B. O. so bad I almost vomited. My wife tried to check in with a reservation made through Extended Stays phone number at 10.00 a.m. and at 3:00 p.m. she tried to check in and they would not honor it. My wife is legally blind and disabled and the staff left her with nowhere to go for hours. We paid for two nights here and on the morning of the second day we tried to get back into our room and was told that there was no one checked into that room and was told that we had to leave and they would not let us enter to get out stuff even though we had paid for that room. Management refused to speak with us and was told to check out and that we were not allowed back on the property. Called customer relations and they were absolutely unhelpful. We have stayed at extended stays alot and love the value and quality of their hotels, after this debacle we are gonna make sure everyone knows how bad this franchise treats people who are just trying to be customers. Hotel management is blowing smoke. I've read the bad reviews and nothing has changed, in fact it's worse. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WILL CONTINUE TO POST MY REVIEW OF THIS HOTEL EVERYWHERE!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! THE ONLY THING WE DID WRONG WAS TO TRY AND BE A CUSTOMER!!!NEVER HAD YOU WORK SO HARD TO TRY AND BE A CUSTOMER!!! THE MANAGER, DAVID BROWN. WOULD NOT EVEN TALK TO US!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Our experience here was horrible. We checked in, they told us our room number we went to a room on the third floor and there was cigarette smoke that filled the hallways and the room was supposed to be non-smoking room. As we found a room and open it to walk in there were people in most of the other rooms yelling and screaming at each other obscenities and cussing with kids screaming and crying. We decided to go back downstairs and not even complain it wasn't worth staying there I felt like I might get shot with all these people screaming and slamming doors. We promptly got a refund and got the hell out of there. Don't even waste your time at any price.

I would vote this location -5 stars if I could. I travel a bunch and work books extended stay hotels so we can have some comforts, but this hotels has a completely empty kitchen, no trash can, no chairs for the table, no comforter for the bed, the floors were disgusting and my feet had to be washed 10 mins after shower where my husband had to fix the shower head. When asked about the empty kitchen we were told we needed to supply our own stuff. Who in the world travels for work and brings their own pots, pans, and plates.
