WoodSpring Suites Fort Worth Fossil Creek

My family and I stayed at the Woodspring Suites, Fort Worth, Fossil Creek location about a week ago, for a weekend. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of room and encountered a young lady, in the hallway that was cleaning a room. She was the only one that we saw on the floor, so I asked her if she was responsible for that whole floor and she said yes. We were even more appreciative, as we recently stayed at a very well known hotel and known for having a very reputable reputation; and their room was not close to the cleanliness that we experienced during our stay at your establishment. The young lady told us her name was Teresa and not only were we very pleased with the cleanliness of our room, but Teresa’s attitude and spirit were beyond impeccable, as was the cleanliness of our room! When my family and I are traveling, nothing is more important to us than the cleanliness of our room…this room exceeded our expectations. Thanks Teresa, we wish we could take you with us, on every trip, to offer your great skills and hospitality!

This place is amazing!! The staff are so wonderful here. They cater to your needs. One in particular is Ms. Joanna. She is an wonderful and amazing person. She goes above and beyond for everyone! She does a fantastic job and shows love for everyone! Such a sweet and kind person!!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Mrs. Taylor in housekeeping is amazing not only was she friendly, she was knowledgeable about the surrounding area which I needed for food and other basic items.. My room was great clean and fresh. When I called front desk for an item I need the response was courtesy and prompt. To wrap it up I really enjoy my stay here!!!!

The staff here are great. They work hard everyday here to make sure that the residents are safe and feel secure. Just like every where else they have issues that come up. But the staff are always on their game and because they care. Every one of them deserves a pay significant pay raise.
