When we lived in California. Four years ago. But despite calling, texting, and emailing saying that we don't live in California anymore and to stop contacting us, we STILL get spammed with the latest deal, sales, etc. So I'm hoping this will catch your attention. I don't care what you have to do to stop the messages, but STOP CONTACTING ME. We don't even live in the same state. For the love of god, lose my number.

I brought my Maltese here for about 6 months. I have not been super happy but it’s been okay. This last time as I was giving the Manager the instructions for the two dogs she acted like she wasn’t listening but then said yea she got it. My daughter wanted her dogs crown shaved down more like a crew top, and just give a trim. I pick them up and they are so excited to leave I grab then head out my daughter pays I looking at my girl and she was butchered. They gave her the crew cut and shaved her down. Choppy and uneven. Worse cut ever. The managers is not always friendly and complains about other customers so I’m sure she complains about all.

Been comming her for 7 years yet today wanted to get my dog worked on and because it's a holiday and I'm sure everyone wants to go home she said it would be a shave down because weather was gonna be 113. Our dog is an inside dog she got air conditioning.why pay 60 dollars to shave her in under an hour I will wait and find someone to do her cut.
