This is a lovely park with lots of potential. Unfortunately, it seems the parks department does not have a ability to keep up with maintenance here. Much of the grounds and buildings could use some serious tlc. Also, we booked a shelter for a family cookout on Sunday 7/3, only to find both trash cans at the shelter unusable as they were full and overflowing. Also the bathrooms were dirty, men's toilet unusable, trash also full. I could see this being a possibility if we had arrived at the end of the day, but that was not the case. We were there before noon to setup for our family lunch cookout, and seeing as we had the pavilion for the entire day, it was clear that this was all left from the day or days prior and no one had bothered to clean up or empty the trash receptacles. Extremely disappointing.

This park is pretty nice. Went for the hike. Trails were labeled as "moderate" on All Trails. This was accurate. Paths were pretty clear. Looks like a popular mountain bike destination although we did see any bikers. Some good climbs/elevation changes. I wasn't a fan of how the paths are marked but I seem to be map challenged and I hike a lot. Lots of other stuff to do in the park. Was much nicer than I expected.

Great hike today - water was high so couldn’t cross the creek but still gorgeous weather

This appears to be a good park that many people love. However, my first visit will be my last. The website has an incomplete map and there are no signs to help visitors, especially first time visitors, find their way. I was completely disappointed because I could not fund the starting point for any of the paths. If you come with someone who knows the park, I’m sure you will have a much better experience than I did.

Yes, visit their website. Cost is variable depending on what day.
I used the APP AllTrails, but no I haven't seen any "Official" trail maps...
Alcohol is not permitted in the park. They don't have food vendors for the Keehner Park concerts but they do encourage you to bring food in. Bring chairs or a blanket to sit on and have a picnic.
