I was thinking of moving there but I found more bad comments than good ones. thanks to the residents who have shared photos to see what the apartment is like, most of the apartments are like that, I don't know why there is no inspection for these apartments yes We are in the United States of America it's sad

I can only base this off of the tour I received, because I never came back or called. BUT from my gathering, this place is a complete rip off. The "administration fee" is mind blowing, little explanation as to why it's so high considering the lack of work they put in to getting an individual approved. The apartment my husband and I viewed was a one bedroom, it was nice enough but extremely cramped.. and they're asking $1000+ a month! Pet fee? I understand THAT. But they just keep adding fees and tax and more fees, for apartments you can barely breathe in. The rent is a bit overpriced but we were willing to pay it, ALL the extra though is just them ripping you off.

It is pretty here, the lake is Beautiful. The Bark Park is Great and it is Awesome that each building has it's own Laundry Facility so we Residents don't have to leave the Building to do our laundry. I feel safe when I walk my dog, even late at night. I love the size of my Apartment and the Neighbors are Wonderful! Maintenance guys are good too.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 months now and nothing has gone wrong. Management is always quick to fix any small issues that pop up.
