Service here was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I came in with 3 heads to service, 1 adult, 2 children. Sonia refused to service us!!! I witnessed the front desk clerk attempt to have Steven service us, he also refused us service and took someone who came in waaaaaaay after us!!! After hearing me state that “I can’t wait to leave this review,” Steven then attempting to service us, but there was already a horrible taste in my mouth from what I had witnessed, so I refused his service as he refused us the first time!!!! Big THANK YOU to KENNETH who serviced all 3 heads I brought in!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN step foot in this place!!!!!! Don’t like to throw the “R” word around loosely but I can DEFINITELY use it in this instance!!!!!!

Friendly staff and free drinks are nice. Stephen cut my sons hair and my son was very pleased with the cut and style. Stephen was very focused to perfect the look and he was very precise when spraying the hair and not just spraying widely like a lot of hairdressers do. We will definitely ask for him again in the future. Seating options are little less desirable and the shuffle board pieces need some attention but overall it was a great experience!
