Hi! I never leave reviews. But I would like to complain about Charlene ruining my experience with her review about the music. I have religiously been using amazing lash studio and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the front end staff being courteous and kind to my amazing lash girl who always goes above and beyond to make me look fierce. I’ve noticed the past couple appointments that the music has changed to a spa like ocean vibe and I can’t stand it. Thanks Charlene for ruining it for the rest of us.

Such a scam. I terminated my membership April 21. I was told it was less than 48 hours from my next payment date, the 23rd, so I would be charged one more time. I understood and said okay. Yesterday I saw on my bank statement I had been charged twice from amazing lash studio. Two $70 charges. And another attempted charge. I called and spoke to the manager Marissa. I asked why I was charged and explained I terminated in April. She explained that the charge on the 23rd did not go through, therefore, she could not terminate my membership and I was continuing to be charged every month. She said she sent an email explaining this on the 25th, that I never saw. All of their emails are promotional so I did not look at them at all after I terminated on the 21st. No one called me to let me know my charges were not going through. Once I got off the phone I started thinking that her statement about not being able to terminate if the charge didn't go through did not make sense. I called back and asked Marissa if that was stated in the membership agreement that I signed and to please email it to me. She said yes it was and in a snarky voice asked if I would like her to highlight it. I said yes please. I get the email with my membership agreement attached. There is no highlighted portion other than my name and date. After reading it over multiple times and not seeing anything stating what she was saying, I called back twice speaking to other employees asking them to ask her to please highlight the portion she said was there and send it again. Nothing. I call today and speak to Marissa. I explain that it was not highlighted and I'm not seeing anywhere in the agreement that they will not being able to terminate the membership due to outstanding payment. She says that first of all, their system doesn't allow them to terminate a membership with an unpaid balance. Then she says "that's what the whole paragraph says". I told her the only thing I see about out standing payment regarding membership termination is that they reserve the right to terminate in the event of failed payment. She told me I must be misinterpreting the paragraph. I told her that I was simply taking her up on her offer to highlight the statement she was talking about to clear things up for me.This is when she told me she would not go back and forth with me and was going to hang up. She told me earlier in the conversation that she had already spoken to the owner and that they agreed with this. So I asked if I could speak to the owner directly and she told me she can not give me a number. She told me she would send my name and number to the owner. I'm not counting on a call. I am not disputing the April 23rd charge of $70. I never have. I am disputing the continued charges. The statement that if you don't get one payment from me, you will throw out my termination form from days before and continue to charge me monthly is insane. Especially without anything more than one unanswered email to inform me. There is no statement anywhere on the membership agreement or the termination form stating that they are not able to terminate a membership if there is an unpaid balance. For the sake of your lashes, money and sanity, don’t come here lol. There are tons of small lash extensions businesses in the area that do great work with great pricing!

Umm I literally just went to spend 120 plus tip on something that did nothing I had a lash lift and brow tint done the lash lift is horribly done not sure if the girl is new I hate being rude to employees so I still tipped her ,but I Hate it so much I have 3 eyelash lifted in each eye the brow tint I went somewhere else to fix my brow right after because she lefft my lid stained ..just horrible i even lied and said she told the me the aftercare she didn't say anything .what I hate is my eyelash lift that a eyelash curler could've done better for way cheaper..first and last time here and I tried to cancel my appointment and they were going to charge me 50 % for cancelation fee for this not done right job :updated for later today the same day 3 eyelash lift Is now gone completely

LOVE DOMNIQUE! she does the BEST lash lifts and tints EVER! this is what my lash lift looks just 2 weeks AFTER my service. so impressed by her work, definitely recommend this place & Domnique!!
